Checkout/checkin Accessories

Learn how to checkout and checkin Accessories

Each accessory in AssetLoom is tracked by its available quantity. When an accessory is checked out, the system automatically reduces the available quantity based on the assigned amount. Once accessories are checked back in, the quantity is returned to the available stock.

info

To avoid running out of stock, set a minimum quantity threshold for each accessory. AssetLoom will automatically notify you when the available quantity reaches or falls below the specified threshold.

Accessories can be checked out to either a user or an asset, allowing you to easily track who is using the accessory or which asset it is attached to.
