The Accessory List

Explore the AssetLoom Accessory List to manage your accessories

The Accessories List is located under the Resources dropdown in the left sidebar. This page displays all accessories in the system and serves as the central place for managing them. Accessories List

What are accessories? In AssetLoom, accessories are a resource type of tracked items that support your main assets. They are supplementary items that enhance, complement, or support primary assets. Common examples include computer peripherals, tools, or safety equipment that support the use of the asset.

Accessories are tracked by quantity, allowing you to manage them as a single record while monitoring stock levels and usage. You can:

  • Check out accessories to specific users for personal or professional use.
  • Assign accessories to assets (e.g., tying a mouse or keyboard to a workstation).
  • Set minimum stock thresholds to ensure you always have the right supplies available.
